I work at Heroes & Villains Comics in Pleasanton, CA.
While I was working most of the week, my bosses were at C2E2 and the Diamond Retailer Summit… Today at work I was surprised with this! HOLY FREAKING SIGNATURE BATGIRL! A signed Batgirl #8 from Gail Simone to me! AH! I wish I was there! What awesome bosses!? I’m still so excited and happy and grateful that they thought of me to stand in Gail’s line to get this signed. Omg. Thank you to my bosses and thank you to Ms. Gail Simone. I love ya’ all! Words seriously can’t describe how thankful and happy I am hahaha.
Now, if you’ll excuse me- I’m gunna go dance around in joy in the corner.

First Jeannette (which I think came out way better) now Rag Doll. Another one I was totally lagging on. Part of it was that I wasn’t sure what kind of monkeys Rag Doll has… So I gave him my poor interpretation of capuchin monkeys. Cute concept I think, based off an old tweet Gail tweeted- not happy with it. Maybe I’ll rework it one day.
